Located in the Surfside Shores neighborhood of Fort Morgan, this fully remodeled Tiny Guest House is just a 9-minute walk (or 2-minute golf cart ride) to private beach access—one of two exclusive neighborhood entry points. Whether for adventure or relaxation, The Sea Shed is your perfect coastal retreat! ☀️ Outdoor Space ☀️ ⛵ Deck with Views: Unwind on the deck with seating to soak in the views of the Gulf of Mexico. ⛵ The Glider in the Live Oak: Relax in the glider under the shade of the Live Oak, ideal for a leisurely afternoon. ⛵ Beach Access: A short 9 minute walk from the front door lands you at beach access, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf anytime. ⛵ Beach Supplies: Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, Beach Tent and a Beach Wagon with inflatable tires are available to enhance your fun in the sun. ⛵ Golf Cart Rental Onsite: We offer a golf cart for rent in the following packages: 1. Daily (1-3 Days) $50/Day, 2. Mid Term (4-5 Days) $179, 3. Long Term (6+ Days) $250. The island's lowest rates! ⛵ Outdoor Shower: Great way to Rinse off after a hot day at the beach. ⛵ Outdoor Games: Enjoy a friendly game of corn hole or Ring Toss in the outdoor area. ⛵ Charcoal Grill: Fire up the grill for a delightful barbecue experience. ⛵ Music: Listen to your favorite beach tunes on our Amazon Alexa Speaker. ⛵ EV Charger: Plug in to our EV Charger (Let's validate compatibility before your visit) ⛵ Bird Watching (and Feeding): We provide seed so you can refill the bird feeder and watch the birds of the island have breakfast right outside your window. ☀️ Bedrooms ☀️ ⛵ Queen Loft: The loft features a queen bed along with charging station and nightlight. This loft is accessible by ladder only. ⛵ Sleeper Sofa: The sleeper turns into a small full bed and we provide all linens needed upon request. This sleeper sofa's width falls between a Twin & Full/Double bed. It is 48" wide which is 10" wider than Twin but 6" narrower than a Full/Double. ☀️ Bathrooms ☀️ ⛵ Full Bathroom: One full indoor bathrooms equipped with modern amenities for your convenience. Includes a deep tub/shower combo and rainfall shower head. Soap, Shampoo, Toothbrush/Paste, Aloe Vera & Bubble Bath provided. ☀️ Living Room ☀️ ⛵ Small but Mighty: The living area features a 32” smart TV and a sofa/loveseat that seats 2 and extends to a recliner and a small full bed. ⛵ Board Games: A variety of board games are available to keep everyone entertained during your stay. ⛵ Cooling & Heating: Keep the perfect temp in any season with our brand new whisper quiet mini split heating and cooling system. ☀️ Kitchen & Dining ☀️ ⛵ Fully Equipped Kitchen (Almost): With limited space the only appliance we are missing is a traditional stove. BUT we have provided a Keurig Coffee Maker (K Cups, Sugar & Creamer Provided), Blender, Crock Pot, Toaster, Microwave, Hot Plate and Convection/Flex Oven with all the accessories to allow you to cook an amazing meal for two. ⛵ Dining Area: Enjoy meals together in the cozy dining area, perfect for two. ☀️ Additional Info ☀️ ⛵ Strict Max Guest Count (Including Infants): Due to the size and layout of the Sea Shed we only allow 2 guests total, that includes infants. ⛵ Owners onsite: This is a guest house next to our home. We have built the Sea Shed to create as much privacy as possible. We want our guests to know we are here and are as available as needed (or not). ⛵ This is a Tiny Home: The Sea Shed is 200sf. The kitchen ceiling is 6'2" high and the loft bedroom is only accessible by ladder. You cannot stand in the loft but can sit up in bed with plenty of head clearance. ⛵ No Pets Please: We have an older dog that loves people but is not crazy about other dogs. We unfortunately cannot allow dogs on the property. ⛵ High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with high-speed. ⛵ Local Recommendations: A guidebook with local recommendations is provided to help you explore the best of Gulf Shores. ⛵ Easy Check-In/Out: Simple check-in and checkout procedures make your stay hassle-free.
